Who we are:

Mansfield R/C RaCeway was formed in 2016 by a small group of racers for the pure love of the sport of radio controlled car racing. We started out with about 8 guys in a 30' x 30' park pavilion, a roll of cheap carpet, hand counting laps and yet having a ball. A few years later, several different facilities and here we are finally nested in a newly renovated 8,000sq foot facility, running RC races 3 days a week throughout the winter months and growing more weekly. Several of us had been racing for many years but were fed up with the drama and over competitiveness of a lot of tracks. We wanted to create a different environment for people to feel more comfortable in while trying to learn and enjoy RC racing. We like to promote the more laid back fun side of RC, yet still have the back up of a computer lap counting system. This allows the true racer to push themselves to their limits and the more inexperienced drivers to learn how it's done. We pride ourselves in not turning anyone away, if you come to run we will do our best to find a place for you! We have several veteran racers involved that are more than willing to lend a hand and get you going in the right direction. Everyone involved with the track is a volunteer, we do this for the pure love of RC racing and seeing people enjoy themselves in our sport. All proceeds go to track expenses and to better the facility and events!
